Young Adults
As a young adult we appreciate that your first thought is to find a great place to belong, a place to be an individual, to be comfortable, to be yourself , where you can meet interesting and positive people who are also seeking to find their journey in life.
Home Groups
The hub of the young adult activities and ministry is through a network of about 11 small groups that meet in homes with an aim to build community and to grow spiritually.
FEAST (Sundays At 6 pm)
FEAST is a Young Adult church service every Sunday night in a coffee shop format and includes a shared supper.
This is a time of dynamic worship, fantastic fellowship and engaging and challenging messages from our Youth Pastor and invited speakers.
FEAST aims to help youth and young adults to face the questions that they are hit with each week in their world.
Mission Trips
Challenging and broadening the world view of young adults can only occur by taking teams out of their comfort zone — usually out of Australia to provide help to their counterparts in other parts of the world.
Trips to Africa, Solomons, Cambodia and New Guinea have been undertaken over the last few years. Many who have been part of these trips have had their worlds turned upside down!! New deep friendships and a new heart to impact their own communities back home are evidence of this.
Internships and College Courses
People are often feeling the challenge and call on their lives to serve the Lord in a vocational capacity. At Dural we aim to help people investigate their call while serving in the youth and children’s ministries.
