OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
The Operation Christmas Child journey for Dural Baptist started back in 2001 when Brian Codrington, Dural Mission Pastor and his daughter Sarah travelled to the Solomon Islands to help SAMARITAN’S PURSE with the distribution of “shoe boxes” to the children in Honiara.
Little did anyone know that God was going to use that visit to provide the inspiration and vision in Brian which has led him and his family and the Dural Church on a fantastic journey with SAMARITAN’S PURSE in the SOLOMON ISLANDS AND WAY BEYOND…and it’s still going…
You can be part of this each year in getting a shoe box from SAMARITAN’S PURSE at the church and packing it with things recommended for the children of various countries…or you can also be in the team that get the thousands of boxes from all over Sydney and NSW ready to send out in containers overseas … just contact Brian on bcodring@bigpond.net.au
