We could really use your help caring for the residents at two retirement homes in Carlingford. Every six weeks or so, on a Sunday morning, we conduct a short informal church service and socialise with the residents. Why don’t you come along and help us out. Starting in first term 2009 we are expecting to have five more students joining us here at Dural………three from SOLOMON ISLANDS and two from KALUMBURU. They will be attending William Clarke College and so we are seeking families who would like to have one of these students stay in their home for the year. If you think that this is a way that your family could become more involved in mission and you would like some more information then please call Brian Codrington, Julie Brown or Chris Thomas.

The lighting team is looking for anyone who would like to be involved in setting up and running the lights for the 9:30am service one or two times a month. No previous experience required. Please contact John Carr through Church Reception.

Men, we are looking forward to going as a group—this will be a powerful time of worship and teaching with thousands of other men. Speakers: Mark Ashton and Al Stewart (bringing great Bible teaching from Daniel), John Anderson (former Deputy Prime Minister) and Andrew Scipione (NSW Police Commissioner).
